What are the uses of Di-Ammonium Phosphate?
In industry: use Di-Ammonium phosphate to increase durability, such as impregnating wood with it.
Food industry: used as expansion agent and fermentation assistant.
Fertilizer industry: mainly used as high concentration nitrogen and phosphorus compound fertilizer, widely used in vegetables and fruits.
Used as analytical reagent, buffer and water softener.
It can be used as dry powder fire extinguishing agent and phosphor for fluorescent lamps.
How to make diamine hydrogen phosphate?
Slowly add concentrated ammonia water to the diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution for neutralization reaction, till the pH value is 14 to form the ammonium phosphate solution, and then cool, crystallize, centrifuge and dry it.
Using wet process phosphoric acid as raw material to produce diammonium hydrogen phosphate for feedstuff, the production process involves two steps of defluorination, three stages of ammoniation and pyrolysis of diammonium phosphate for feedstuff.
