What is Calcium Phosphate?

Calcium phosphate, an inorganic compound, is white crystal or amorphous powder, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and insoluble in ethanol, acetone and ether.

It is commonly used as anti caking agent, acidity regulator, nutrition supplement, fragrance enhancer, stabilizer and water retention agent.
